Asia

The origins of church partnerships with Asia date back to the activities of the Rhenish and Bethel Mission to the countries Indonesia, Philippines and Sri Lanka in the 19^th  and 20^th are created in cooperation with the United Evangelical Mission (UEM), which is a communion of churches in three continents, with the head office in Wuppertal. The Evangelical Church of Westphalia is one of Germany’s UEM member churches. There are also numerous Westphalian church district partnerships with Asia, particularly with:
